You do not need an appointment during visiting hours on Tuesdays (10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) and Wednesdays (11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
If you have a family reunification case, you can also come on Wednesdays (9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.) without an appointment.
You need an appointment for other days and times.
