The Greece Cash Alliance has a helpline you can call if you:
- Live in private accommodation (in a home rented or owned by you or your family or friends) and want to register for cash assistance
- Lost your card
- Lost your PIN
- Have a problem with your card
- You payment has not come through
- Want to check your balance
- Need to update your phone number
- Want to update your family size or other personal information
- Have any cash or other complaint or request
If CRS cannot resolve your question, they will refer your case to the agency that can.

People can use the land line GCA helpline at 210 3300170 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm. People can also send a written or voice message from Monday to Friday 9 am to 3 pm only through Viber at:
