If you have experienced violence or a pushback at the Greek border, you can report it to Human Rights Watch.

They will collect your testimony in order to raise awareness about human rights violations and to advocate for these practices to end.

Please note: Human Rights Watch cannot file an official complaint on your behalf or provide legal support. If you want to file an official complaint, you should contact the Greek Ombudsman.

You can anonymously report violence or a pushback to Human Rights Watch. They will ask you questions about the incident, such as:

  • What happened?
  • Where did it happen?
  • On what day and at what time?
  • How many people were in your group?
  • Were there women and children in your group?
  • Who commited the violence and/or pushback? (Describe their clothing, what they said, etc.)
