CRWI Diotima offers legal aid for men and boys (age 16 and over) who have experienced gender-based violence:
- Information about seeking asylum and your rights
- Individual counseling
- Legal aid and representation during the asylum process
- Representation in court for criminal and civil cases
They also offer additional support:
- Information and referrals
- One-on-one assistance, including going with you to public and local services such as health, security, and social care services
- Referrals to shelters
- Continued check-ins to be sure you are able to get the help you need
Gender-based violence includes sexual violence or exploitation, or physical or psychological violence due to your sexual orientation.
