FORGE for humanity supports solo men aged 18 and over with:
- Information on services and activities available in the city, like language classes and vocational workshops
- Daily Skype sessions for making subsequent asylum claims (by appointment)
- Support with the asylum procedure, and where necessary, accompaniment to the Asylum Service and referrals to legal assistance
- Connections and referrals to medical, social, employment and psychological support services
- Support with state services such as tax numbers, social security and unemployment benefits
- Coverage of basic needs such as clothes and hygiene items for those experiencing street homelessness
- Support with individual case work, including visa applications and family reunification
- Opportunities to make friends, build networks and collaborate in our community space just for men
