"Introduction to Interpreting Skills" is an e-learning course that provides an overview of the skills, protocols, and professional behaviors that interpreters (and cultural mediators who serve as interpreters) need when they work with service providers and clients.
You will earn a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
The course is available in English.

Select "Introduction to Interpreting Skills" to begin the course.
Scroll to the bottom of the course page to "Course Content" and select the module you wish to complete. Each module takes at least 30 – 45 minutes.
Take the quiz after you complete both modules. If you pass the quiz, you will be able to print out a certificate of completion.
