Odyssea is a nonprofit organization that supports young vulnerable people to have access to employment opportunities in society. We provide tailored vocational and life-skills training combined with employability services that bridge young people with the world of work and empower them to realize their full potential.

Odyssea offers 4 main services:

The Academy: Our Academy’s goal is to help people develop new skills and find work. The Academy process includes vocational training courses in a variety of subjects, as well as soft and digital skills education. The courses are intensive and hands-on, taking place at our new, state-of-the-art training center equipped with the latest technology and training tools.

The Employability office: Our Employability office enables self-reliance and accelerates efforts towards a more inclusive society through employment. We believe that true, long-lasting integration for vulnerable groups can only be achieved when they are assimilated across social, political and economic strands of life. The fastest and most efficient way to do this is through permanent, meaningful employment.

The makerspace: Astrolab is our fabrication laboratory or makerspace. It is the branch of Odyssea that provides technological education, mentorship and open access to hi-tech tools and skills to help catalyze positive social change. Through its offerings, we seek to serve makers, students, organizations, and entrepreneurs.

The Entrepreneurship scholarships: Our Business Incubation Scholarship, in partnership with Alba Graduate Business School, helps beneficiaries set up their own start-ups and new businesses in Greece. We believe that entrepreneurship and business creation are vital to true, long-lasting integration of vulnerable groups across economic, social and political dimensions. We support hard workers with big ideas, original thinkers, dreamers and business people to develop their concepts and realize their potential regardless of their racial, social or economic background.

All programs are offered to participants free of charge.
