The SGBV Case Management/PSS and Legal aid services consist of specialized professionals (social workers, psychologists, translators/cultural mediators and lawyers) providing a thorough intervention to SGBV incidents. The multidisciplinary team approaches each case in a unique way, informs supports and suggests solutions to the beneficiary based on her/his individual needs.
The Legal Aid service includes legal counselling, court representation and support during the asylum process.
In all the stages of the case management the confidentiality of the personal information as well as the respect to the personal will, choices and experiences of each and every survivor are ensured.
The referral has to be done after taking the consent of the survivor.
Prevention activities including empowerment and male engagement sessions are taking place with the active participation of the refugee communities.
