The Asylum Unit of International Protection Beneficiaries operates in Athens in the premises of the Central Asylum Service. The Unit is responsible for:
a) receiving and examining applications of Residence Permit renewals.
b) examining applications relevant to issuing travel documents
c) checking family reunification applications and
d) dealing with issues pertaining to the integration of International Protection Applicants
