One Happy Family (OHF) operates the community center near Victoria Square in Athens together with many partner organizations, and provides various activities and support services for refugees and asylum seekers.
Service provided:
- Community spaces with Café, phone charging stations, free Wi-Fi, co-working space, community volunteer programme.
- English, computer and Greek classes (provided by A Drop in the Ocean)
- Mental Health & Psychosocial Support sessions (provided by IRC)
- Streetwork project (provided by Lighthouse Relief)
- Media Skills courses (provided by ReFOCUS Media Labs)
- Free legal aid services (provided by ELIL)
- Arts activities (provided by Wave of Hope for the Future)
- Women’s and kids’ spaces (provided by Glocal Roots)
- Yoga and empowerment self-defense for women (provided by Yoga and Sport with Refugees)
- Housing project and support for refugee women suffering from violence (provided by Meaalofa Foundation)
