OCC Women’s Space is a safe space designed for women. It serves to empower participants and build relationships and networks. Different activities take place every Monday evening such as dancing, music and sewing workshops... There is also a space available for the children of participating women during this time where OCC volunteers prepare recreational activities.
The target population are women refugees and asylum seekers living in UNHCR - ESTIA and IOM housing programs in Polykastro and Axioupoli, as well as those living in the Nea Kavala Refugee camp.
